How We Roll: Design
Looking to Design Your Home? Our 5-Step process makes it easy.
This part of the process is mainly for furnishings, window treatments, artwork, and accessories.
-
1. Project initiation
After your consultation, your designer will create an estimate for you based on what was discussed. It will outline a room-by-room breakdown of the estimated cost of goods, as well as the design time that will be needed to bring your vision to life. You’ll gain access to our online design portal and your designer will schedule a video call to review the estimate.
-
2. Design Development
Once the estimate and contract have been signed and we receive the deposit, we begin our design process. When your designs are ready to review, we’ll schedule a meeting to go over our ideas and fine tune. Through our design portal, you’ll be able to approve or flag items for revision. When the revisions are complete and all of the design has been approved, we will begin the purchasing process.
-
3.Purchasing & Retail Shopping
We will purchase and manage all the details that go into acquiring the approved items for your project. Once we have ETA’s, we will reach out to schedule an installation date. We will then retail shop for the perfect finishing touches.
-
4. Install Day
Yay! This is the day we’ve all been waiting for. Our team arrives & gets busy bringing your space to life. Then, you get to come home to your beautiful new space and experience the big reveal!
-
5. Follow Up
There will always be a few loose ends – returns, a couple more purchases, etc. We will do our best to expedite these last few items and get your project finished up!
How long will my design take?
The length of the project depends on several factors, such as retail stock and lead times, time-efficient decision making, seasonal shopping, etc. Some things are within our control and others are not, but we will always do our best to be cognizant of your preferred time frame and the length of your project.
