First step, let’s chat!
During our Free Discovery Call, we’ll chat about your project, walk you through our process, and share pricing details.
It’s a great chance to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit.
If it feels like a match, we’ll book your 2-hour Consultation to dive deeper!

Time to dream big!
We can’t wait to hear about all the things you’ve been obsessing over for who knows how long and finally get a plan in motion.
We’ll spend 2 hours touring your spaces, taking tons of photos and really getting a sense of who you are - your likes, dislikes, hobbies, family, pets, lifestyle, needs and preferences.

After your Consultation, we’ll take all our notes and head back to our Studio to create your customized Scope of Design Services (SODS).
Your SODS includes ALL your project details and how we’re going to make your dream home come to life!
We’ll schedule a time to review it with you and make any revisions or tweaks.
Once everything feels good, you’ll sign with us and your project officially kicks off (and we all do a little happy dance!)

Now that the SODS and contract have been signed and we’ve received your retainer, the design magic begins!
Details matter in design and to make sure we’re capturing your vibe, we’ll hop on a Concept Collaboration Call to review & discuss your collected inspiration images.

This is where we design behind the scenes to make your dream home a reality.
We’ll begin working on floorplans, elevations, space planning, material selections, vendor collaboration, pricing & sample ordering, cabinet layout, figuring out structural issues, and any other items we need to address.
When your designs are ready to be reviewed, we'll schedule your Design Presentation Meeting in our beautiful Studio/Showroom to go over our ideas and fine-tune.
We’ll have all the snacks ready!

Time to gear up for construction!
Now that you’ve approved your design, we’ll finalize your Contractor Spec Packet, bring in our trusted contractors to secure bids, handle permits (if needed), and lock in the construction schedule.
Once the start date is set and materials are approved, we’ll kick off purchasing and make sure everything’s ready for seamless delivery or contractor pickup.

It’s happening!
We'll schedule weekly site-walks with your contractor and tackle any hiccups that pop up (because, let’s face it, they always do).
Don't stress—we’ve got your back every step of the way and will be communicating with you through the entire construction process.
Once it’s all done, we’ll do a final walkthrough with a punch list to make sure every detail is juuuuuust right.

Now it’s time to put the finishing touches on your beautiful new home. Think furniture, rugs, art, and decor!
Our Purchasing Team handles it all: ordering, warehousing, and delivery.
Once we have ETAs, we’ll schedule your install day(s) and you can look forward to a big surprise reveal of your beautiful new spaces!
